Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your unique return authorization code.
Pack the Fragrance
Securely place the item in its original, unopened packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Package
Send your parcel to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
